This Privacy Policy describes how PKLLC LLC ("PKLLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the MyGuide mobile and web application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). MyGuide generates personalized AI audio tours for locations of your choosing. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Tour scripts, narration audio, and cover artwork in MyGuide are generated by third-party artificial intelligence services on our behalf. AI output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or fabricated details and should not be relied upon as authoritative information about any place, person, business, or event. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the third-party providers listed below, only as needed to operate the Service. Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security terms.

AI image generation Produce cover artwork for each tour. Image prompts derived from your tour content.
Text-to-speech Convert the script into narration audio with timing data. The generated script and the voice you selected.
Mapping and places Place search and autocomplete; reverse geocoding; map links. Search queries and, when you opt in, your latitude and longitude.
Identity providers Verify your identity when you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Sign-in tokens, verified server-side against the identity provider.
Subscription management Manages in-app purchases, subscriptions, and tour-credit entitlements on our behalf. Anonymized purchase identifiers and entitlement state. Card data is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we and our subscription management provider do not receive it.
Push notifications Deliver notifications to your device when you opt in. Notification payloads addressed to your device's push token.
Hosting, storage, and operations Host our backend, store account data and generated tour assets, and support internal operations and analytics. Account data, tour metadata, and generated audio and image files.

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. If PKLLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Generated tours and feedback are retained until you delete them or your account. Generation cost records are retained for internal financial and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at help@myguide.cc.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at help@myguide.cc. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

MyGuide is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete the information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS), restricted access controls, and use of vetted service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in jurisdictions where our service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
